The Company obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 2nd May, 1994 from the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
The Company is engaged in the business of financial services by way of assisting in providing finance by way of loans, advances, Bill discounting, Lease, Higher Purchase and any other form of finance and also to make investment in Shares & Securities, trading as well as dealing in Shares & Securities.
The Company is a Non-Banking Financial Company registered with Reserve Bank of India as Non Deposit taking Company.

Mr. Parth B. Thakkar is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has Completed B. Com from Gujarat University and LLB from Saurashtra University. His profile includes vast experience of more than 5 years in Corporate Governance, Strategic Management, Commercial functions and other related matters.
